You cannot store or systematically download any of the content from this website into an electronic or manual database.

(11) Access to the digital teaching files on Clickprimary are only available by making a payment via our registered payment provider for a subscription account. If you fail to pay for a subscription we can, at our discretion, deny you access to the paid subscription resources on Clickprimary. We will not give you advance formal notice and warning of this action. All refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

(12) You may not distribute our digital teaching files to any other persons or organisations. You may not resell digital or paper versions of our teaching files. You may not remove any copyright information, logos, website addresses or other identifying information from our digital teaching files.You many not make any of our digital teaching files freely and publicly available such as posting the content to your school’s website.

(13) Use of Clickprimary is subject to an acceptable and fair use policy. All membership accounts are closely monitored. Clickprimary does not expect any user to download more than three hundred teaching files per calendar month. Any excessive downloads of the teaching files beyond this monthly allocation (Word Documents [DOC], Portable Document Files [PDF], Microsoft PowerPoints [PPS, PPT] and zip files [ZIP, WINRAR]) will be subject to investigation. Clickprimary reserves the right to suspend logins if the acceptable and fair use policy has been abused.

(14) All refunds of any subscription payments are at the discretion of the management. No refunds will be issued if a digital teaching file has already been accessed or downloaded from Clickprimary as part of a paid subscription unless in exceptional circumstances.

(15) Clickprimary reserves the right to terminate your access to this Web site, and to remove any user-created content, at any time, without cause or notice. Clickprimary also reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time, without notice, and you hereby agree to be bound by such changes.

(16) Access to our digital teaching resources is by username and password (supplied to you when subscribing). This is personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third-party. You must take reasonable precautions to prevent any third-party from accessing your username and password. If you disclose your username and password to another person to allow them to access Clickprimary then your access may be terminated. We reserve the right to change member’s usernames and passwords. Any changes to your login details will be communicated by email.

(17) Any breach or violation of the terms and conditions will result in an immediate termination of your orders and services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
