However, this will mean that we will be unable to allow you to join our website and any information you have already entered will be deleted and then archived offline in an encrypted device.
If you wish us to delete your data and information then you can ask us to close your account. Your data and information will then be deleted from the website when your account expires or, immediately, if so requested. For legal and accounting purposes, your data will be then be stored offline in an encrypted device for a period of seven years,
If you wish we can send you a full copy of all of the data that Clickteaching holds about your account. There is no fee for this service and you should receive the requested data within 30 days, although this process might take longer if you are requesting data that has already been archived offline.
