Who is Clickteaching?
Clickteaching is an independent education publishing company based in the south of England, United Kingdom. We collect, store and manage personal data in the provision of a subscription service to schools and teachers allowing them to access a database of primary teaching resources.

How can you control and access your data?
You can manage and update the the login information for your account by clicking on the manage your account feature in the help section of the website when logged into your account.

You can choose to withhold some of your data and information when purchasing an access pass for Clickteaching. However, this will mean that we will be unable to allow you to join our website and any information you have already entered will be deleted and then archived offline in an encrypted device.

If you wish us to delete your data and information then you can ask us to close your account. Your data and information will then be deleted from the website when your account expires or, immediately, if so requested. For legal and accounting purposes, your data will be then be stored offline in an encrypted device for a period of seven years,

If you wish we can send you a full copy of all of the data that Clickteaching holds about your account. There is no fee for this service and you should receive the requested data within 30 days, although this process might take longer if you are requesting data that has already been archived offline. Please contact us at support@clickteaching.com if you wish to receive a copy of the data held about you by Clickteaching.

How is your data shared?
Clickteaching only shares your data with carefully selected third party providers to assist with delivery of information and services to our website and for the processing of payments. All of these services process your data in accordance with the law.
