Help - How to renew your expired subscription
How do I renew my account?
If you have purchased a single user annual subscription with auto-renew then your account will be automatically renewed using the Future Pay system at WorldPay. You will receive a confirmation email from both WorldPay and Clickteaching when your account has been renewed. You will receive an email reminder shortly before your subscription is due to be renewed. If you have purchased a standard single user subscription then your account will expire one year after payment and you will need to either use the link that was sent when your subscription expired or simply subscribe again.
How can I update my payment details using WorldPay?

You will need the login details emailed to you by WorldPay when joining. If you don't have a copy use the forgot your password link or contact us so that we can help further.

What happens if my subscription has expired?
For security purposes, we do not keep a record of expired membership accounts. If your subscription expired sometime ago then you will need to subscribe and set-up a new subscription. If your subscription expired recently check your mailbox for a special message which contains more information about how to renew your account.
What happens if my renewal payment has failed?
If your renewal payment has recently failed then you can either update your card details using WorldPay or check your mailbox for a special message which contains more information about how to renew your account. If your subscription expired sometime ago then you will need to subscribe and set-up a new subscription.
How can I cancel my account?
If you have purchased a single user subscription with auto-renew, you can cancel your subscription account by or by accessing the WorldPay FuturePay system. You will need the WorldPay login details that were emailed to you when joining to cancel your subscription agreement on WorldPay. Or you can cancel your account by sending an email to support@clickteaching.com. Please visit this page of the help section to find out how to cancel your account.
Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within fourteen days of your payment as long as you have not downloaded any of our teaching resources files (Word Documents [DOC], Portable Document Files [PDF], Microsoft PowerPoints [PPS, PPT] and Zip files [ZIP, WINRAR] from the secure member's section during the 14 days period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to support@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within fourteen days of your payment and have not downloaded any of our teaching resources files in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the fourteen day period are at the discretion of the management.
