Help - How to renew your Clickteaching account
How do I renew my account?
You will receive an email reminder shortly before your account is due to expire. If you wish to continue your account then please click help on the menu when logged into Clickteaching and choose the option to extend your account. You need to do this in advance of the expiry date of your access pass to prevent your account from automatically expiring.
Choose one of the access pass options on the extend account page to add extra time to your account. Once the payment has been processed you will receive an invoice confirming the extension of your account and the new expiry date.
What happens if my subscription has expired?
For security purposes, we do not keep a record of expired accounts. If your account expired sometime ago then you will need to buy a new access pass and set-up a new account to access the teaching resources again. If your account expired recently check your mailbox for a special message which contains more information about how to renew your account.
How can I close my account?
You have the option of waiting until your account expires or you can use the form in the help section to close your account with immediate effect. Once your request has been received then you will be emailed a confirmation message to the email address we have registered for your account.
Please ensure that you enter the correct details for your account to avoid any delays in responding to your request. Once the your request has been received then your account will be closed with immediate effect and your information will be removed from the Clickteaching site. We will still keep an offline record of your subscription payments for a period of seven years to comply with tax laws.
Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your access pass payment within fourteen days of your payment as long as you have not downloaded any of our teaching resources files (Word Documents [DOC], Portable Document Files [PDF], Microsoft PowerPoints [PPS, PPT] and Zip files [ZIP, WINRAR] from the secure member's section during the 14 days period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to support@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within fourteen days of your payment and have not downloaded any of our teaching resources files in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the fourteen day period are at the discretion of the management.
