How do I renew my account?
If you have an individual subscription your account will be automatically renewed using the Future Pay system at RBS World Pay. You will receive a confirmation email from both RBS World Pay and Clickteaching when your account has been renewed.
What happens if my card has expired?
RBS World Pay will send you a message informing you that your subscription payment was not made because your card had expired. We will contact you with a payment link so that you can renew your subscription.
How can I update my card details?
You need to log into the customer help system at RBS World Pay. For security reasons,
you cannot use your Clickteaching login details to access your payment account at RBS World Pay. If you have lost your details to access your account with RBS World Pay, then please contact us via support@clickteaching.com and we will send you some information to help you retrieve your username and password.
What happens if I cannot change my details on RBS World Pay?
If you have lost your login details for the RBS World Pay site you can renew your account by logging into Clickteaching and selecting My Account on the menu bar. From here you can renew your account by making a one-off payment to RBS World Pay. Your old Future Pay account will then be closed. We will send you an email when your account is due to expire to ask you to make another subscription payment.
What happens if the payment fails?
If your subscription payment fails on the date of your renewal then we will contact you with a payment link so that you can renew your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within seven days of your payment as long as you have not logged into the member's section during this period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to info@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within seven days of your payment and have not logged into your account in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the seven day period are at the discretion of the management.
