Help and Support : Renewing your account
link How do I renew my account?
If you have an individual subscription your account will be automatically renewed using the Future Pay system at World Pay. You will receive a confirmation email from both World Pay and Clickteaching when your account has been renewed.

link What happens if my card has expired?
World Pay will send you a message informing you that your subscription payment was not made because your card had expired. You have an option to update your card via the Future Pay system. If you cannot update your card with World Pay then you can renew your account by clicking on My Account on the menu bar and choosing the correct option. If your subscription is not renewed then your account will be closed and you will need to sign up for a new subscription.

link How can I update my card details?
You need to log into the customer help system at World Pay. For security reasons, you cannot use your Clickteaching login details to access your payment account at World Pay. If you have lost your details to access your account with World Pay, then please contact us via support@clickteaching.com and we will send you some information to help you retrieve your username and password.

link What happens if I cannot change my details on World Pay?
If you have lost your login details for the World Pay site you can renew your account by logging into Clickteaching and selecting My Account on the menu bar. From here you can renew your account by making a one-off payment to World Pay. Your old future pay account will then be closed. We will send you an email when your account is due to expire to ask you to make another subscription payment.

link What happens if the payment fails?
If your subscription payment fails on the date of your renewal then you will need to update your card with World Pay or make a renewal payment via Clickteaching. You will receive an email from Clickteaching informing you of what you need to do to make a renewal payment. You will need to act promptly to this email if you do not wish to continue your subscription with Clickteaching. World Pay will attempt to charge the subscription payment to your card/debit card a further two times. If the payment fails on the third attempt then your account will be closed.

link Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within seven days of your payment as long as you have not logged into the member's section during this period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to info@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within seven days of your payment and have not logged into your account in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the seven day period are at the discretion of the management.
