What happens if my subscription is not renewed?
WorldPay will send you a message informing you that your subscription payment was not made because your card had expired or that the payment had failed. You can either choose to update your card details with WorldPay or you can use the button below to set up a new subscription agreement. If you take this second option you will also receive a cancellation notice from WorldPay for your expired subscription agreement. You must also choose come login details after making payment.

PLEASE NOTE  If you set up a new subscription agreement, WorldPay will retain a copy of your credit/debit card details and will use these to renew your account. You need to ensure that your account is cancelled before the renewal date if you do not wish for your account to be renewed. You can cancel at anytime and still access the resources until the renewal date of your account.

Update payment details on WorldPay After submitting your details payment will be taken within 24 hours. You will receive an email when your login has been reactivated.	If you have lost your details to access your account with WorldPay then please contact us via help@clickteaching.com and we will send you some information to help you retrieve your username and password.
Renew Individual Annual Subscription Payments will be made annually using the Future Pay system at WorldPay Total of £20.00 includes VAT @ 20% of £3.33 Payment for orders outside of the European Union is £20.00	By clicking the button you have confirmed acceptance of Clickteaching's terms and conditions

 How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your subscription account by sending an email to the support team. Please make sure that you contact us from your registered email address and include your full name and username so that your cancellation request can be processed without delay. You will always receive a reply to confirm that your account has been cancelled.

 Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within seven days of your payment as long as you have not logged into the member's section during this period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to info@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within seven days of your payment and have not logged into your account in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the seven day period are at the discretion of the management.
