link How can I cancel my account on RBS World Pay?
You can cancel your subscription account yourself by logging into the shopper management system at RBS World Pay. You will need to use your RBS World Pay login details that were emailed to you when you first joined Clickteaching. If you do not have a copy of these login details then you can get RBS World Pay to send you a copy to your registered email address using the forgotten your login page. If you still cannot access your payment details then please contact the support team and we can arrange for a copy to be sent to your registered email address.

link How else can I cancel my account?
You can also cancel your subscription account by sending an email to the support team. Please make sure that you contact us from your registered email address and include your full name and username so that your cancellation request can be processed without delay. You will always receive a reply to confirm that your account has been cancelled. You must give us at least 72 hours before your renewal date otherwise we cannot guarantee that your account will be cancelled in time.

link Can I still use my account after cancelling?
You can cancel your account and still access the resources on Clickteaching until your subscription expires. If you do not wish for your account to automatically renew then you need to ensure that it is cancelled before your renewal date. You will always receive a reply to confirm that your account has been cancelled.

link Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within seven days of your payment as long as you have not logged into the member's section during this period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to info@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within seven days of your payment and have not logged into your account in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the seven day period are at the discretion of the management.
