How can I change my details?
To change your password or email address log into the site and click on My Account on the menu bar. From here you can choose an option to update your details. As a security measure you will need to enter your current username and password to update your details.
What about if I move address?
Please contact us via help@clickteaching.com to tell us of your new address. We will update your details on our main database that is stored offline. You will also need to update your contact details with WorldPay. If you have lost your login details for WorldPay then please contact support and we will be able to provide you with the necessary details.
What about if I lose my password?
Please note that the email reminder confirming your login details can sometimes be identified as spam by your mail service or program. If the requested email fails to arrive please check any junk email folders or contact help@clickteaching.com
