link How do I subscribe
To access our resource libraries you need to subscribe and make a payment through WorldPay. Once the payment has been successfully completed you will be asked to set up a user name and password to access Clickteaching. This process normally takes up to five minutes to complete and once the account has been set-up you get instant access to the resource libraries.

link Can I choose my own user name?
When you sign up for a Clickteaching account, WorldPay will provide you with their user name and password. This cannot be used to access the resources on Clickteaching. The user name and password supplied to you by WorldPay is for accessing and updating your payment details. Once you have made your card payment, you can click through to our login activation page from where you can choose your own user name and password to access Clickteaching. Please remember that all user names and passwords are case sensitive.

link What is FuturePay?
When you subscribe to Clickteaching, you are allocated a FuturePay account on WorldPay. This means that your credit or debit card will be charged automatically for your subscription payment. You have the option to cancel this agreement at any time. If you wish to do so, please log into the WorldPay customer page and enter the user name and password that was supplied to you at the time of signing up. Alternatively, please contact Clickteaching with your account details and we can cancel the FuturePay agreement for you.

link What happens if there is a problem?
All subscriptions are carefully monitored and if you fail to complete the set-up process a member of the Clickteaching team will contact you.

link Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within fourteen days of your payment as long as you have not downloaded any of our files during this period. You need to send a cancellation email to support@clickteaching.com and state that you are cancelling within fourteeen days of your payment and have not downloaded any files in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the fourteen day period are at the discretion of the management.
