link How do I renew my account?
If you have an individual subscription your account will be automatically renewed using the Future Pay system at WorldPay. You will receive a confirmation email from both WorldPay and Clickteaching when your account has been renewed. You will receive an email reminder a couple of weeks before your subscription is due to be renewed.

link What happens if my subscription has expired?
For security purposes, we do not keep a record of past customer accounts on our site. If you subscription expired sometime ago please click on Join Clickteaching to set-up a new subscription. If you have been sent a code to renew your subscription then please enter it when signing up for a new account. If you cannot see the message with the code in your inbox please check your spam/junk folders or contact us so that we can help.

link What happens if my payment has failed?
If your payment has recently failed then you can either update your card details using WorldPay or you can use the button below to renew your subscription. Please note that this will be a one-off payment and will extend your account by one year. You must re-select your login details after making payment.

link How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your subscription account by or by accessing the WorldPay FuturePay system. You will need the WorldPay login details that were emailed to you when joining to cancel your subscription agreement on WorldPay. Or you can close your account by sending an email to support@clickteaching.com. You must contact us at least 48 hours before your renewal date otherwise we cannot guarantee that your account will be cancelled in time.

link Can I get a refund?
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your subscription within fourteen days of your payment as long as you have not downloaded any of our teaching resources files (Word Documents [DOC], Portable Document Files [PDF], Microsoft PowerPoints [PPS, PPT] and Zip files [ZIP, WINRAR] from the secure member's section during the 14 days period. You need to specify in a cancellation email to support@clickteaching.com that you are cancelling within fourteen days of your payment and have not downloaded any of our teaching resources files in order for the refund to be processed. Any other refunds beyond the fourteen day period are at the discretion of the management.
